South Australia take on Queensland at the KFC Big Bash T20 today in Adelaide

Queensland will finally play their third game of the Big Bash T20 today having had their previous game in Brisbane postponed due to the tragic floods back home.

With it being nearly two weeks since the side last played cricket, Queensland could be rusty when they take to the field, while on the other hand, their opponents, South Australia, are full of confidence following their win over Western Australia in Perth.

A win here will take South Australia top of the points table and enhance their chances of entering the knockout stages of the tournament.

Unsurprisingly, it's South Australia who are favourites with the bookies, largely due to their strong batting line-up. If Michael Klinger and Daniel Harris are on form then Queensland could be in for a long day, while Kieron Pollard is always capable of a good knock in the middle order.

For Queensland, Michael Lumb needs to be on fire with the bat at the top of the order, while the outsiders will be hoping that a World Cup snub fires James Hopes up.
