Recap of the game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Charlotte Bobcats on February 14th, 2011.
The Los Angeles Lakers have been in bad form for the last little while and they did not show any improvement on Monday night. In fact Los Angeles suffered their worst loss of the season to the Charlotte Bobcats in a game from North Carolina on Monday as the Bobcats posted a 20 point victory with a 109-89 result.
No Los Angeles Laker had a noteworthy game although Pau Gasol put up a double-double for points and rebounds with 17 and 10 respectively. Kobe Bryant only scored 20 points and Lamar Odom went -22 in terms of +/- in about 27 minutes of game time.
Gerald Wallace scored 20 for the Bobcats and he also had 11 rebounds in an impressive performance for the forward. Gerald Henderson was effective off of the bench as he scored 18 points while Nazr Mohammed scored 16 in relief.
The Lakers do not play on Tuesday but they will be back in action on Wednesday in what appears to be a game where they will be a lock against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
