NCAAB UCLA vs California Betting Spread

Crunch Sports Staff - 12 Mar 2010

UCLA doesn't look bad here.

The UCLA Bruins and the California Golden Bears will meet tonight at about 9pm ET in the PAC 10 tournament semifinals.  California, the number 1 seed in the PAC 10 tournament, are coming in as heavy favorites but UCLA have to be feeling optimistic about their chances.

Calfornia are not a dominant 1 seed as they have 5 conference losses on the year.  Also the Bruins, the 5th seed in the PAC 10, were feeling good heading into their last game against Arizona as they, UCLA, hoped the return of Reeves Nelson would bolster their efforts.

Nelson, against Arizona, posted a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds as he led the Bruins to a 6 point victory.

Tonight UCLA are coming in as +310 (31/10; all odds Players Only) underdogs against California while the Bears are coming in at -380 (5/19).  You may want to bet UCLA to win straight up here to get those long odds but we're recommending a more conservative bet - just take the Bruins to cover a +8 point spread.
