Arsenal will reportedly launch a summer bid for Lille playmaker Eden Hazard, who is also a target for Chelsea and Manchester United.
Premier League clubs are preparing to launch bids for £30million-rated Hazard, who last month revealed he will move to England at the end of the season.
Chelsea are widely seen as favourites to sign the 21-year-old, while Liverpool, Manchester City, and Tottenham are also keen.
But according to the Daily Star, Arsenal will look to sign the Belgium international when the transfer window reopens.
And Gunners boss Arsene Wenger was quoted by Belgium website dhnet.be on Monday as saying: "I would love to have Hazard in my midfield."
Although Hazard recently stated he wants to play in the Premiership, he has previously said he would like to play for Real Madrid, who along with Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, and several Serie A sides, are also believed to be keen on signing him.
Chelsea scout Guy Hillion last week revealed that he had watched Hazard more than 20 times for the Blues.
