Napoli striker Edinson Cavani, who has been linked with a move to Chelsea, believes his current club can inflict further pressure on Andre Villas-Boas in the Champions League.
Villas-Boas' position as Chelsea manager is believed to be in some doubt and an early exit from the Champions League would lead to more speculation about his future.
And Cavani, who has been on Chelsea's radar for some time, believes Napoli can beat the west London side when they meet in the last 16 of Europe's elite club competition.
"We have already sent out a message to the world: we can defeat anyone," he told Mediaset.
"Chelsea must be careful with us."
Liverpool and Manchester United have also shown interest in Cavani in recent months.
