Santos striker Neymar, who has been linked with a move to Barcelona, has called Andres Iniesta's performances at Euro 2012 "sensational".
Neymar, who is widely expected to move to Europe before his Santos contract expires in 2014, has also been linked with the likes of Chelsea, Juventus, and Real Madrid in recent months.
But Barca are widely seen as favourites to sign the Brazil international, who is currently preparing for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
And Neymar believes Barca midfielder Iniesta deserved to win the player of the tournament award for his performances at the European Championships.
"I really like Iniesta," he told FIFA.com.
"I think he's a sensational player.
"Cristiano Ronaldo is really good as well, and I enjoy watching Ozil of Germany a lot, too. He's a great player and I've always been a big fan of his."
And of Spain's success in Poland and Ukraine, the £40million-frward added: "The Spanish are going to finish with the game at this rate. They really are the best side.
"The technical standard [of Euro 2012] was very high, just as high as the World Cup. And all that was missing were teams like Brazil and Argentina."
Looking ahead to London 2012, where Brazil have been drawn in Group C alongside Egypt, Belarus and New Zealand, Neymar said: "We've got everything we need to be champions.
"I think Brazil are always one of the favourites, no matter what the competition. It's always been that way.
"We've got a very good side too, and players with a lot of potential."
