Wednesday's round up of the top transfer stories from the past 24 hours...

- Manchester United have confirmed they have agreed terms with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of Shinji Kagawa.

- But Kagawa has stressed that he is yet to put pen-to-paper on a contract with United, and has no plans to do so until after he represents Japan in two upcoming 2014 World Cup qualifying games.

- Barcelona and Manchester City are on alert as Gareth Bale is considering his Tottenham future, according to the Daily Mirror.

- Arsenal target Yann M'Vila has told Goal.com he will not discuss his future until after Euro 2012.

- Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente has put Arsenal and Manchester United on alert by hinting at a move to the Premier League.

- Chelsea are closing in on a £38million deal for Porto striker Hulk, who looks set to join Eden Hazard at Stamford Bridge, according to the Daily Mirror.
