Atletico Madrid play host to Real Madrid tonight in Primera Liga.

Atletico remain without Antonio Lopez and Silvio Pereira, but star striker Rademel Falcao could return.

The hosts are also without defender Miranda, midfielder Mario Suarez, and forward Eduardo Salvio, who all miss the game through suspension.

Real Madrid make the short trip to the Vicente Calderon Stadium boosted by the return of defender Sergio Ramos from suspension.

Ramos is likely to come in for Raul Albiol as Jose Mourinho's side look to again move four points clear of rivals Barcelona at the top of the table.
