Liverpool are still reportedly keen on signing Barcelona midfielder Seydou Keita.
Keita has been on Liverpool's radar for some time, while Russian outfit Anzhi Makhachkala are also believed to be keen.
And according to The Sun, the 32-year-old is aware of interest from Anfield and will hold talks about his future with Barca coach Pep Guardiola when he returns from international duty with Mali at the African Cup of Nations.
Keita has fallen down the pecking order at Camp Nou following the summer arrivals of Cesc Fabregas and Alexis Sanchez and is being tipped for a move away from the club this year.
Anzhi could still look to launch a bid for the former Lens and Sevilla player before the Russian transfer window closes later this month.
