Celtic defender Emilio Izaguirre says he is "flattered" by reported interest from Liverpool
Premier League champions Manchester United and Arsenal have been linked with the 25-year-old in recent months, while Barcelona have also shown interest.
The left-back's agent earlier this year claimed the Honduras international would move to the Spanish champions, but although interest from Camp Nou is believed to be cooled, the SPL Player of the Year could still be on the move.
Izaguirre told La Tribuna: "It is flattering for any player of course, when somebody like Liverpool shows an interest in your services.
"I still do now know anything, I leave this in the hands of my agent and club officials."
With the domestic season now over, the Honduran is concentrating on playing for his country ahead of the Gold Cup, with transfer talk at the back of his mind.
"I am happy to be back home, it is always good to be back and thank God it comes after a great season,” added the defender.
"Now my aim is the national team and I am happy to be selected, I will have a few days off and then I will be ready for Honduras."
Manchester United had been monitoring the left-back as a potential summer signing had Patrice Evra opted to leave the club in the summer rather than sign a new deal earlier this year, while Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has been to personally watch Izaguirre in action for the Hoops during the season.
