Inter Milan striker Luc Castaignos, who has been linked with a move to Liverpool, is reportedly available for £6million.
West Ham have become the latest Premier League club to show interest in Castaignos, and according to the Daily Mail, they have been told by Inter to cough up £6m if they want to sign the 19-year-old this summer.
Liverpool have been linked with Castaignos for some time and a deal is believed to have been close during the winter transfer window.
The Netherlands Under-19 international has remained on their radar throughout the year, although how strong their interest is since the sacking of Kenny Dalglish as manager remains to be seen.
According to Friday's report, Inter are ready to offload the promising teenager, and if they are unable to secure a fee, then they will let him leave on a year-long loan for £1.6m, although they would prefer him to gain experience at another Serie A club.
However, Castaignos, who made just a handful of appearances last season, earlier this week indicated he is ready to seek a move not only away from Inter, but from Italy.
"In Italy I only want to play for Inter, but this is not looking possible now," he told Sky Sport 24.
"The club wants to loan me to an Italian team, but it is a move I would not be interested in.
"We have thus decided that I be sold. I regret not having been able to show my qualities. I am sad, but football is like that and the club and I have made this decision together.
"I regret not being able to go abroad on loan, or play for [former club] Feyenoord next season."
