Manchester United are still reportedly interested in signing Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira.
Reports in England and Spain at the end of last year had suggested United were considering making a move for the Germany international during the January transfer window.
Chelsea have also been linked with the 24-year-old, who has struggled to cement his place in Jose Mourinho's starting line-up this season.
And according to the Daily Mail, United are weighing up their options ahead of a possible bid for the former Stuttgart star at the end of the season.
Khedira is competing with a number of players for a place in Mourinho's side, but speaking back in December he insisted he was not seeking a move away from the Bernabeu.
"I want to stay at Real Madrid for a long time," he said.
"It is said that the second year at a big club is more difficult, but I am happy with how it is going."
