Friday's round up of the top transfer stories from the past 24 hours...

- Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has hinted that the club could drop their interest in Luka Modric as the Blues continue to be linked with a number of other targets.

- And Chelsea are keen on signing Porto defender Alvaro Pereira and midfielder Joao Moutinho this month, according to the Daily Telegraph.

- Chelsea are also ready to hijack Arsenal's move for Juan Mata.

- And both Arsenal and Chelsea have been put on alert following reports in France that Lille will let Eden Hazard leave the club this month for £26million.
