Saturday's round up of the top transfer stories from the past 24 hours...

- Manchester City will offer Arsenal captain Robin van Persie a £225,000-a-week deal to move to the Etihad Stadium this summer, according to the Daily Star.

- Chelsea have stepped up their interest in Tottenham playmaker Luka Modric, who is also a target for Manchester United and Real Madrid, according to the Daily Telegraph.

- Liverpool will move for Wigan winger Victor Moses if Gylfi Sigurdsson joins Tottenham, according to The Sun.

- Liverpool are also ready to renew their interest in Barcelona midfielder Ibrahim Afellay, according to talkSPORT.

- Porto striker Hulk has put Chelsea on alert by hinting that he would be keen to play alongside compatriot David Luiz at club level.

- Bologna insist Gaston Ramirez, who has been linked with Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City, will not be allowed to leave the club this summer for less than €20million.

- Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho has emerged as a target for Tottenham, according to the Daily Mail.

- FC Twente striker Luuk de Jong, who has been linked with a move to Liverpool, appears to be closing in on a move to Newcastle - but coach Steve McClaren has warned it will take "stupid money" for a move to go through.
