Paul Pogba completes Juventus FC move and gets blasted by Man Utd

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has blasted Paul Pogba following the midfielder's move to Juventus.

Pogba sealed his free transfer move to the Serie A champions on Tuesday afternoon, but speaking earlier in the day, Ferguson had hit out at the 19-year-old.

The Scot told MUTV: "Pogba signed for Juventus a long time ago as far as we’re aware. Which is disappointing.

"I don’t think he showed us any respect at all so, to be honest, I’m quite happy that if they carry on that way, they’re probably better doing it away from us."

Ferguson, who spent most of last season trying to talk the teenager into staying at Old Trafford, also admitted the future of young defender Ezekiel Fryers is also in doubt.

However, the Red Devils boss expects the promising left-back to report for pre-season training.

"We haven’t heard anything from Zeki Fryers," he added.

"I don’t know what’s happening there but he’s not been in touch with the club.

"His agent hasn’t been in touch with the club and I can only assume he’ll be back for training today."
