Preview:

QPR play host to Swansea this afternoon on the opening day of the 2012-13 Premier League season.

QPR boss Mark Hughes is without Joey Barton, who starts a 12-match ban and has been linked with a loan move to Marseille.

Hughes is also without Jamie Mackie (calf) and Armand Traore (hamstring).

Summer signings Rob Green, Fabio, Ryan Nelsen, Park Ji-Sung and Junior Hoilett are among pushing to make their debuts for the club.

Swansea travel to Loftus Road with new signings Chico Flores, Jonathan De Guzman, Michu and Kyle Bartley all available.

The Swans must decide whether to select unsettled winger Scott Sinclair, who has refused to sign a new contract and has been linked with a move to Manchester City.
