Spain v Italy takes place tonight in the final of Euro 2012.
Spain's clash with the Azzurri kicks off at 19:45 BST and will air live in the UK on BBC 1/BBC 1 HD and on ITV 1/ITV 1 HD.
A global television audience of 250 million viewers are expected to watch the reigning world and European champions take on Italy.
Based on TV ratings throughout Euro 2012, more people will tune in to watch the Kiev final than watched Spain's Euro 2008 triumph.
Four years ago, the global TV audience was 237 million, and UEFA predict some 350 million will watch at least one minute of Spain v Italy.
Spain's 2010 World Cup final win over Netherlands was watched by an incredible 530 million, according to FIFA figures.
On Sunday, at least 22 million viewers are expected in Italy and more than 13 million in Spain.
Despite England's quarter-final exit, television ratings in the United Kingdom have stayed strong over the past week, and a figure of over 15 million in the UK will come as no surprise. ITV and the BBC, who shared the 24 group matches from Euro 2012, will both transmit the Euro 2012 final live from Kiev on Sunday, July 1st.
