The German champions are also coming off a 101-68 rout of Eisbaren Bremerhaven in the Bundesliga on Sunday.
Bosnian star Nihad Djedovic (16.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 4 apg) is the No. 1 offensive threat for Bayern.
Dusko Savanovic (15 ppg, 6.5 rpg) is also a marked man after topscoring with 20 points against Panathinaikos.
Other key players for head coach Svetislav Pesic are Euroleague top rebounder John Bryant (11 ppg, 10 rpg) and guards Heiko Schaffartzik and Anton Gavel.
Milano (0-2), meanwhile, resumes its quest for an elusive win.
