The 46th annual edition of the Super Bowl will take place in Indianapolis for the first time in history and only the fourth time that the Super Bowl takes place in a cold-weather city (the other three being Minneapolis for Super Bowl XXVI and Detroit for Super Bowl XVI and Super Bowl XL).
In the United States, the game will be televised nationally by NBC while in the United Kingdom, the BBC and Sky Sports will broadcast the game live.
The game that kicks off at 18:25 Eastern Time (23:25 GMT), but there will be several hours of pre-game coverage.
The NFL announced that Super Bowl XLVI will be streamed online and to mobile phones in the United States, and will be available on the league's and network's Web sites and through Verizon's NFL Mobile app.
Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth are the game's broadcasters, while Bob Costas will be a part of the pre-game coverage.
Former American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson will sing the national anthem, while Madonna provides the entertainment for the half-time show.
A 30-second commercial during this year's game is expected to cost around $3.5million.
Last year's Super Bowl saw the Green Bay Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers, 31-25.
