The 2010 Grey Cup will be starting soon as the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Montreal Alouettes meet.

The stage is set for the Grey Cup final on Sunday as Montreal and Saskatchewan are ready to battle it out in Edmonton. The Alberta capital city is hosting the CFL championship game for the first time in 8 years and the weather looks as though it will cooperate.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders are in the championship game by virtue of playoff wins against the BC Lions and the Calgary Stampeders. Montreal are in the final game by virtue of their win against Toronto last weekend and an earned bye in the opening round.

Here are the game details for Sunday:

Game time: 6pm ET (3pm PT) on Sunday November 28th
Television coverage: TSN
Beligerents: Saskatchewan Roughriders vs Montreal Alouettes
Underdog according to popular opinion: The Saskatchewan Roughriders (SkyBet)
Venue: Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton

The Montreal Alouettes are the defending champions as the Roughriders are challenging and looking for redemption after what many consider to be fiasco of an ending last year.

The weather conditions look favorable for the game as Edmonton promises only a low of about -6C in the afternoon. There is variable cloudiness expected but there are no forecasted winter storms according to WeatherNetwork.com.
