Etienne Capoue, who has been linked with a number of clubs including Arsenal and Tottenham, has admitted he is interested in leaving Toulouse and playing in the Premier League.
Arsenal have been linked with Capoue since last summer, and back in February, the 24-year-old's agent claimed the Gunners and north London rivals Spurs had both failed with bids during the January transfer window.
Chelsea are also believed to have shown interest in the France international, who is keen on joining a club playing in the Champions League.
"I would not mind staying in France, but there are less competitive clubs than in Europe," Capoue told beINSPORT.
"I want to play in the Champions League. Anyway, this is above all a personal choice and we’ll see if I am right after I play. You can never been 100 per cent certain of starting, but it is a risk worth taking.
"If I play football then it is to win and have a track record.
"A top club for me is playing in the Champions League. I love England, but the Bundesliga also attracts me."
