Tottenham have reportedly entered the race to sign Shakhtar Donetsk playmaker Jadson, who has also been linked with a move to rivals Arsenal.
The Brazil international has been seen by many as a possible replacement for Cesc Fabregas, who on Monday completed his move from the Gunners to boyhood club Barcelona.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger on Monday insisted he had no interest in signing Jadson, despite the player himself last week hinting that a move to the Emirates was on the horizon.
And speaking at the weekend, Shakhtar manager Mircea Lucescu had stated that the north London club were interested in signing Jadson.
"I can confirm Jadson is wanted by Arsenal," said Lucescu. "Now it all depends on him."
But according to Caughtoffside.com, Arsenal aren't the only Premier League side in north London who are keen on the former Atletico Paranaense player, with Tottenham ready to offer the Ukraine side £12million.
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is said to be a fan of the midfielder, although Spurs being linked with the Brazilian will no doubt lead to fresh speculation that Luka Modric could be allowed to join Chelsea.
