Capital One Cup draw - Arsenal FC vs. Chelsea FC the tie of the 4th round

Arsenal vs. Chelsea is the stand-out tie for the fourth round of the Capital One Cup.

Arsenal needed a penalty shoot-out to overcome West Brom on Wednesday night and were rewarded with a home tie against Jose Mourinho's men.

Manchester United beat eight-time League Cup winners Liverpool 1-0 on Wednesday and were drawn at home to Norwich, while Newcastle take on Manchester City.

Birmingham City, who knocked out holders Swansea, earned another home tie against Premier League Stoke.

Tottenham play host to Hull for a place in the quarter-finals, while managerless Sunderland entertain Southampton in another all-Premier League tie.
