Team News:

Chelsea have left-back Ashley Cole (rib) available again, with the England international expected to slot straight into the side in place of Cesar Azpilicueta.

Jose Mourinho's squad are nearly at full strength, with midfielder Marco van Ginkel (knee) the only injury absentee.

Manchester City travel to west London with captain Vincent Kompany (thigh) still sidelined.

Fellow defender Martin Demichelis (knee) is edging closer to full fitness but is not yet ready to make his debut.

What they've said ahead of kick-off:

Jose Mourinho: "We have to play our game. We are going to play our game and let's see if our game is enough to win against them.

"I just play every game the same way. We want to win. To win is good, to lose is not good. (But) in this moment, with the way the Premier League is going week after week, no result will put a team in a great situation, no result will put a team in a difficult situation."

Man City manager Manuel Pellegrini: "Of course it’s an important moment, it’s always important playing against a team that has a lot of chance to win the league. It’s a tough game for Manchester City, we are one point behind them and we must play well if we want to win."
