The Liga de Futbol Profesional (LFP) have announced that Barcelona will play host to Real Madrid in the first El Clasico of the season at 17:00 BST on Saturday, October 26th.
The kick-off time at Camp Nou was confirmed by the LFP on Monday afternoon.
Ahead of this week's international break, Barca are at the top of La Liga on goal difference. Atletico Madrid are in second place, with Real five points back in third.
The Clasico clash will be the first for both coaches - Barcelona's Gerardo Martino and Madrid's Carlo Ancelotti - while Barca's summer signing Neymar will be in line to make derby debut, along with Los Blancos trio Gareth Bale, Isco and Asier Illarramendi.
Both of the Spanish giants have Champions League games scheduled in the week leading up to the Clasico, with Real playing host to Juventus, and Barca taking on AC Milan in Italy.
