Christian Eriksen, who has been linked with Liverpool, has reiterated that he is unwilling to see out his contract with Ajax, which expires next year.
Eriksen, who is out of contract in June 2014, has been linked with a number of top clubs from across Europe over the past few months, with Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham also believed to be keen.
Borussia Dortmund are rumoured to be considering a summer bid for the Denmark international as a possible replacement for Mario Goetze, who will join Bayern Munich on July 1st, and Eriksen is ready to look to secure a move away from Amsterdam when the transfer window reopens.
However, the 21-year-old has suggested that he will sign a new contract if no acceptable offer arrives this summer.
"It could be that a transfer comes," Eriksen told Voetbal International.
"As I have said before, I won’t go on a free transfer. Ajax deserve more given what the club means to me.
"Not much has changed with regards to my future. I want to first win the title. That’s the main thing."
