Robert Lewandowski has ended speculation over his future by revealing that he will join Bayern Munich when he leaves Borussia Dortmund next summer.
Lewandowski, who is out of contract at the end of the season, was linked with Manchester United throughout the summer, as well as Bayern, and had been widely expected to leave Dortmund at some point next year.
The 25-year-old recently revealed that Chelsea and Real Madrid have made him offers over the past twelve months, in addition to David Moyes' side, while earlier this month his agent revealed that Napoli were also keen on signing the Poland international.
But Lewandowski, who was denied a move by the BVB hierarchy last month, had ended speculation about his future, and will sign a pre-contract agreement with Pep Guardiola's side in January, before moving to the Allianz Arena on a free transfer at the end of the season.
When asked if he would confirm his move to Munich in the New Year, he told Sport1: "Yes, because then I can officially sign the contract."
