Ukraine are without captain Taras Stepanenko (thigh) after he limped out of the defeat to the Czech Republic in their opening game.

Stepanenko will miss the rest of the tournament, meaning Yaroslav Rakitskiy will likely be captain for the remainder of the tournament.
