The Big Show and WWE are reportedly being sued by former WWE producer Andrew Green over an alleged incident that happened at the Royal Rumble earlier this year.
Green is claiming that Big Show (Paul Wight) choked and punched him during an interview that was recorded for WWE.com during the 2013 Royal Rumble in Phoenix, Arizona on January 27th.
Green said his job was to conduct post-match interviews with wrestlers for the WWE's official website and Show initially refused to take part until he was informed by now former senior vice president Eric Pankowski to do it.
The complaint, which is up at Courthousenews.com
, states that in response, Big Show "stated with the use of profanely indecent language that if Green wanted an interview then he would give him one, and to turn on the camera.
"Big Show toward Green enraged, shouting obscenities, and waving his fist in Green's face," the complaint continues.
"Big Show then grabbed Green by the collar and throat, striking Green in the face and backing him up against a trunk while declaring 'You son of a bitch ... Are you having fun right now ... Don't even come up to me again ... I don't give a shit who you are.'"
It is also claimed by Green that he was unable to continue working for WWE because he was "uncomfortable working around Big Show and other wrestlers."
He also claims that Show has been "suspended or terminated" in the past because of his behaviour.
WWE at time of writing is yet to respond to the allegations.
