Confederation Cup (June 8th – 12th in Rouen and Montigny France)
The 2022 Cup will be held in both Montigny and Rouen, France.
The Confederation Cup, more commonly known as the CEB Cup, is an annual tournament that determines which teams will take part in the Champions Cup. It is a second-tier competition and was created and sanctioned by the Confederation of European Baseball (CEB).
Champions Cup (June 7th – 11th in Bonn Capitals in Germany)
The 2022 Champions Cup will take place in the Bonn Capitals in Germany. The tournament will include two teams from each of the following:
• Germany
• The Netherlands
• The Czech Republic
• Italy
The Champions Cup is the leading club tournament in all of Europe and 2022 will be the sixth year since its “best of three” format was replaced with the current eight-team tournament. The competition has taken place since 1963.
Federations Cup (June 20th to 25th in Brasschaat, Belgium)
The 2022 Federations Cup will take place in Brasschaat, Belgium. Last year’s competition was scaled down due to teams such as the Sundyberg Heat, Russtar and the Nada Split withdrawing due to COVID-19 concerns, but the 2022 event is scheduled to take place as normal.
The Federations Cup is the last tournament of the European Cup. It is composed of teams that ranked last at the Confederation Cup.
