MLB Weekly Power Rankings – Top 3 remains the same

Published on

After yet another intriguing week in the MLB, there are no changes among the best teams in the League. The Los Angeles Dodgers retained the top spot with 4 wins and 1 loss, improving to a 12-4 record. The New York Mets jumped to second place in the MLB Weekly Power Rankings as they outclassed the San Francisco Giants in their last meeting the previous week.

The Giants, on the other hand, are trying to keep up with their biggest rivals at the moment as they entered a 4-game winning streak, completely demolishing the Washington Nationals in their series. However, teams like the Colorado Rockies, Toronto Blue Jays, St. Louis Cardinals, and the Seattle Mariners recently picked up a decent pace and are looking to make a huge statement.

On the contrary, the Cincinnati Reds remain at the bottom of the League with just 3 wins and 13 losses. Other teams struggling at the beginning of the season are the Kansas City Royals, the Washington Nationals, and the Arizona Diamondbacks. However, the Chicago White Sox took the biggest hit this week, dropping 17 places from 5th to 22nd.
