The Chicago Bulls were gifted some fortune as the Milwaukee Bucks were hampered by two of their key rotation players getting injured in the second game of the series. It felt as though if the Bucks still found a way to win, it would have been a significant blow to the Bulls.
The Bulls veteran star DeMar DeRozan made sure that would not happen. DeRozan had a monster night with 41 points, seven rebounds, and shot 9-9 from the free-throw line. The Bulls were already down 1-0 in the series and really needed the win.
Especially with the multiple injuries that the defending champion
The Bucks have the Bulls now seem to have a legit chance to pull off the series upset. If DeRozan keeps playing as he did in game two, he stands a good chance. Especially as the Buck’s best perimeter defender is now out, both DeRozan and co-star Zach Lavine should have plenty of good looks.
