Heat clinch Game 3 of the ECF

Published on

The Heat are looking to make a comeback into the NBA Finals after an impressive victory against the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference finals. The game was quite tight and finished with a score of 109-103 to Miami. The Heat now lead the series 2-1 but this series could literally go either way, Boston despite losing has the roster and skill to make the finals and this would be the first time since 2010 that they could potentially compete for the championship.

Adebayo has been on fire in the playoffs so far and this game was no different as the centre finished the game with 31 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists to lead his team to victory. His teammate Jimmy Butler however seemed to have a bit of a lacklustre performance only scoring 8 points. His performance surprised fans in comparison to his previous games where many NBA fans were claiming he was one of the greatest playoff players in the history of basketball, comparing him to the likes of LeBron James and Michael Jordan.

All is to play for in Game 4 and fans can see this series going either way.
