Luka puts a stop to the sweep

Published on

It was all to play for in Game 4 for the Mavericks. The Dallas squad managed to defeat the Golden State Warriors with a score of 119-109, avoiding the sweep in the meantime. Many fan thought that Dallas’ time in the Western Conference Finals were up but due to the amazing performance (once again) by Luka Dončić the Mavericks managed to hang on by the skin of their teeth.

Dončić put on a great show and nearly acquired a triple-double as he put up 30 points, 14 rebounds and 9 assists. The Slovenian guard has been racking up great performances in this year’s post-season with a stat line of 32.1 points, 9.1 rebounds and 6.2 assists.

The game was very heated with both teams getting physical with one another multiple times throughout the match. There was some comic relief however which made both teams laugh as Draymond Green shot a free throw which managed to get stuck on the ring. Green may be a x3 time champ but he definitely could not manage to do that again, even if he tried.
