Phoenix Suns Devin Booker Injury Update

Published on

The Phoenix Suns came into the playoffs as one of probably two or three teams as the favorite to win the NBA title. Now it appears just winning their first-round playoff series may be in jeopardy. This is because of an injury to their best player and leading scorer, Devin Booker.

Booker injured his hamstring in game two of the series. The Suns were winning when he was hurt in the game but ended up losing after his absence, and the series is now tied at 1-1. Reports are good, saying that the strain is only mild, but reports also say Booker will definitely miss the next two games.

The hope is Devin Booker will be back in game five, but the question is, where will the series be by then. Even with Booker back, could the Suns come back from down 3-1? That would be tough, so if you are a Suns fan, you are hoping the team finds a way to win one of the next two games.
