KRÜ Esports Has an Early Defeat at VCT 2022
2022 has been an exciting year for KRÜ Esports. The Argentinian esports team entered the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) 2022 and placed first in the tournament. KRÜ Esports beat Leviatán, E-Xolos LAZER, and FUSION in VCT 2022: Latin America Stage 1 – Challengers Playoffs and won $25,000. The offline tournament was held at the Arena Esports Stadium in Mexico City and had a prize pool of $50,000.
After a successful run at the VCT 2022: Latin America playoffs, KRÜ Esports has headed into VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters – Reykjavík. The Valorant competition will began on April 10, ending on April 24, 2022. The prize pool is yet to be announced.
KRÜ Esports is led by the Argentinian Valorant player Klaus. His teammates Mazino, NagZ, delz1k, and keznit are from Chile.
The Argentinian team has already faced Team Liquid in its first match at the VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters – Reykjavík on April 10, 2022 – Team Liquid winning 2-0. BeTony will be overseeing the performance of KRÜ Esports as their head coach as the competition progresses towards its elimination match against US team OpTic.
