The NFL draft is arguably the most exciting part of the NFL offseason. The news surrounding it changes daily and, at times, by the hour. Here are several of the latest breaking potential stories surrounding the NFL draft.
Is the Malik Willis the Top QB? Could he be drafted as high as number two overall?
Willis shined at the senior bowl, and his measurables came back better than expected at the combine. Pittsburgh’s Kenny Pickett has been the expected top quarterback throughout most of the process, but many are starting to fall in love with Willis.
Could the Steelers move up to select a quarterback?
With the Ben Roethlisberger era over in Pittsburgh, the Steelers need a new franchise quarterback. With their first pick at #20, the top two QBs, Kenny Pickett and Malik Willis will undoubtedly be gone already.
Do the Chiefs trade up?
The Kansas City Chiefs are still in a win-now window even after the trade of Tyreek Hill. With all the extra draft capital acquired, it could make sense to move up for an impact player rather than several long-term high potential players.
