The Clippers will try to avenge their surprise defeat to the Milwaukee Bucks last week when they face off later today.
Led by Brandon Knight and Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks stunned the Clippers 111-106 at the BMO Harris Bradley Center last December 13 to snap a five-game skid in the series.
Knight topscored with 22 points while Antetokounmpo added 20. Four other Bucks scored in double digits.
The Bucks (14-13) are confident heading into the final stop of their four-game road trip having won three of their last four games. They head south after surviving the Sacramento Kings 108-107 last Thursday.
Milwaukee won despite missing injured players Jabari Parker, Ersan Ilyasova and John Henson and Larry Sanders, who served a one-game suspension for committing a dangerous foul on Portland forward Nicholas Batum the previous night.
Knight led the way with 20 points while OJ Mayo and reserve Jared Dudley chipped in 19 apiece. Back-up guard Jerryd Bayless had 17 points while Antetokounmpo contributed 11.
Beating the Clippers at the Staples Center, however, is a tough challenge as they have won their last six games there.
The Clippers (18-8) return home after losing in Denver 106-109 last Friday.
Blake Griffin (32 points, 12 rebounds), Chris Paul (17 points, 15 assists) and DeAndre Jordan (11 points, 14 rebounds) all posted double doubles while Jamal Crawford had 20 off the bench but their efforts were not enough to secure a win.
