The New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks go head-to-head tonight, and NFL fans looking to bet on Super Bowl XLIX can back either team at boosted odds – completely risk free. All eyes will be on the University of Arizona this evening in what is one of the most evenly-poised Super Bowls in recent memory. Both teams were the number one seed in their respective conference, but both made it to this game in very different circumstances. Seattle’s bid for back-to-back Super Bowl crowns looked to be ending as they trailed the Green Bay Packers 19-7 going into the final few minutes of the NFC Championship Game, but what followed will never be forgotten by fans of the NFL. The game was turned on its head as Russell Wilson and Marshawn Lynch went in for touchdowns either side of a successful onside kick, but the Packers would not go quietly as Mason Crosby booted in a game-tying field goal with seconds to go. Seattle would not be denied though, and won it when Wilson lofted a 35-yard TD pass to Jermaine Kearse. While the Seahawks’ Championship outing was anything but smooth, New England booked their place in the Super Bowl in rather clinical – albeit controversial – fashion. LeGarrette Blount rushed for 148 yards and scored three touchdowns as the Patriots rolled over the Indianapolis Colts 45-7. That victory has been overshadowed by ‘Deflategate’, but New England are in Sunday’s Super Bowl and all of their focus will not be on the fight for the NFL’s biggest prize. So who will lift the Vince Lombardi Trophy? No matter who you are backing, you can enjoy enhanced odds with Betfair. Crunchsports.com readers can simply sign-up at the Sportsbook before kick-off on and get 6/1 on either team to win the game – and if they come up short your losing stake will be refunded!
