Anderlecht midfielder Lucas Biglia has reportedly been offered to Arsenal.   Biglia, who is believed to have a verbal agreement with Anderlecht that will allow him to leave for a “big club” this month, has been on Arsenal’s radar for some time.   The 25-year-old has also been linked with the likes of Liverpool, Manchester United, and Real Madrid in recent weeks, and is known to be keen on leaving Belgium and joining a club playing in a bigger league.   Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed he will look to bring in a midfielder before the transfer window closes as a result of Alex Song’s £15million move to Barcelona, and although Real Madrid midfielder Nuri Sahin is believed to be his top target, the likes of Yann M’Vila and Biglia continue to be linked with moves to Emirates Stadium.   And according to Metro, Arsenal have been told they can sign Biglia should they table a bid, with the player claiming he is available for €8million.   Last week, Sky Sports reported that Arsenal had moved into pole position to sign the Argentina international, who has been quoted as saying: “I can leave for €8million in the current market. I agreed this transfer fee myself.   “There are clubs ready to pay that amount but they are not better than Anderlecht so for now I focus on this club. I want to at least be playing in Europe.”   Speaking back in June, Biglia had claimed there had been contact from the Gunners as well as Real Madrid.
