Dybala’s future in doubt

Juventus frontman Paulo Dybala looks to be entering his final few months at the club as it has been revealed that he will not sign a new deal.

Talks between both sides have stalled with Juventus postponing numerous discussions about Dybala’s future. Although highly talented, Dybala has become injury prone and has missed significant playing time over the past few seasons. With money at Juventus tight, there are concerns about Dybala’s ability to stay fit long-term. Juventus seem willing to let Dybala test the market.

The diminutive Argentine will turn 29 this year and knows that his next contract could be one of his last. Since joining Juventus from Palermo back in 2015, Dybala has gone on to make over 200 appearances for the club and has scored 80 goals.

It has been reported that a host of clubs from across Europe are keen to secure Dybala’s signature. Newcastle, Arsenal and Tottenham are all reportedly keeping tabs on his contract situation. Inter Milan is also another team in the mix and should Dybala wish to stay in Italy, they could be the front runners to secure his signature.
