Manchester United Vs West Ham United Premier League Kick Off Time

Man Utd vs. West Ham takes place this afternoon in the Premier League.

The game, which takes place at Old Trafford, is scheduled to kick off at 15:00 GMT.

Speaking ahead of the game, Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has confirmed that Wayne Rooney will have to wait to make his 500th appearance for the club due to an ankle injury.

Rooney had to be replaced midway through the second half of the 1-1 draw with Leicester City last weekend, with the problem proving to be more serious than was at first thought.

And Van Gaal is doubtful whether his captainwill be ready to feature in midweek for a crucial Champions League showdown with Wolfsburg.

The Dutchman told reporters: “He shall not play his 500th game because he is more injured than I thought, we have to wait for that game.

“It’s more heavy than we thought. It’s a nasty injury. It’s been getting worse, but we have to let him train to make the ankle stronger, that is very important.

“I cannot say (how long he is out for) because the doctor shall decide that with Wayne of course. He is training well in rehabilitation.”

Meanwhile, Van Gaal has also confirmed that Argentina defender Marcos Rojo is also facing a spell on the sidelines after sustaining a shoulder injury in training, with Luke Shaw, Ander Herrera, Antonio Valencia and Phil Jones also currently out of action.
