Attracting interest from a host of clubs in Italy and England, Dybala reportedly wants to sign for a club competing in the Champions League.

It was Inter Milan who was believed to be the front runner for the Argentine’s signature, but that potential move has been cast into some doubt over whether Inter can afford his wages. Inter has also reportedly reached out to Chelsea about the resignation of Romelu Lukaku.

What the signing of Lukaku looks like is unclear, as it could be that the Italian giants look to bring in the Belgian forward initially on loan. It’s highly unlikely that Inter could afford both Lukaku and Dybala.

Arsenal and Roma are very interested in Dybala, but their lack of Champions League football could still be a stumbling block. If Inter drops out of the race to sign Dybala, it will be interesting to see whether his expectations soften.
