WWE The Undertaker Favourite To Beat Brock Lesnar At Wwe Summerslam

The Undertaker is back he’s favourite to win his WWE SummerSlam showdown with Brock Lesnar – the man who ended his undefeated streak at WrestleMania 30.

The Undertaker had not been seen on WWE television since beating Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 31 back in March, but “The Deadman” resurfaced at the Battleground pay-per-view this past Sunday, interfering in the main event between Lesnar and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.

His attack on the former UFC and WWE heavyweight champion brought a premature halt to the match against Rollins, and the following night on Monday Night RAW, The Undertaker revealed he had returned to silence outspoken advocate Paul Heyman, who has routinely reminded the world that his client, Brock Lesnar, became the one in The Undertaker’s 21-1 WrestleMania record in 2014.

“I stand here tonight a relentless, remorseless, cold-blooded, vengeful grim reaper,” The Undertake told the WWE Universe.
“Streaks are made to be broken, that is the painful truth, but Lesnar, you had to continuously, week after week, month after month, remind everyone of your greatest accomplishment. And now, I say enough.
“You have taken what once was smoldering ashes and turned it into a raging inferno. Last night was my true resurrection. You see, you can’t kill what won’t die. Our careers will now head towards new destinies, and I will challenge your mortality, I will conquer what has yet to be conquered. And in the end, just like all living things, be it man or beast, you will rest in peace.”

In the very next segment it was confirmed that The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar will rematch at the big WWE SummerSlam event on August 23. The returning “Phenom” is 4/5 to win the match with bwin, while Lesnar is 10/11 to avenge his Battleground beating and beat The Undertaker again.

Of course, Summerslam is the next step on the road to WrestleMania 32 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and bwin is already looking ahead to the 30-man Royal Rumble that will determine who fights for the WWE title in the main event.

Newcomer Kevin Owens is the 5/2 favourite, followed by ex-champion Lesnar and current champion Rollins priced up at 9/2. Daniel Bryan – currently sidelined with injury – is next up at 6/1, with Rusev 7/1 and Roman Reigns 8/1.
