Jamaica vs. Mexico CONCACAF Gold Cup Final takes place on Sunday night in Philadelphia.
The match will be hosted at the Lincoln Financial Field and is scheduled to start at 0030 BST (Mon).

Jamaica take on regional powerhouse Mexico in the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup final on Sunday night in what will be one of the biggest games in their history.
TWinfried Schafer’s side stunned the U.S. with two first-half goals, one off a goalkeeping error by Brad Guzan, and managed to hold on for a 2-1 victory after Michael Bradley had pulled one back for the States at the start of the second period on Wednesday night.
The result marked the first time the U.S. were knocked out by a CONCACAF team en route to the Gold Cup final. In the past when teams outside the region were invited guests, USMNT lost semifinals to Brazil (1996 and 2003) and a quarter-final to Colombia in 2000.
Schafer was keen to highlight the hard work his side have put it over the last year in determining their fate this summer.”Very hard work … I built a new team in one year,” he told ESPN. “New players [came in] from England, new players [came in] from MLS. Team-building isn’t only about playing good football — team building is also about team spirit. We have very good team spirit.
“We played three matches at the Copa America very well. We lost 1-0, 1-0, 1-0, [but] our team has more confidence because you know what you have to do for the next tournament.”
Schafer knows that his charges will have their work cut out for them in another David versus Goliath clash but he is confident that Jamaica’s team spirit can see them across the finish line.”[Mexico has] very good individual players who can change the match. At the World Cup, they played fantastic football,” he added.
“Our plus is team spirit and tactical discipline. Before we go on the field, we already know what we have to do.
“Our key is our team, our team spirit and our confidence. We cannot lose. [Mexico] is Goliath; we are David. We are a small country. Maybe Mexico City is bigger than Jamaica. We have a big heart, our players have big hearts, and each one is proud to play for Jamaica. Mexico have to win; we want to.”
Mexico have qualified for their fourth final in the last five tournaments after a controversial semi-final victory over Panama in midweek.
Andres Guardado converted two late penalty kicks to secure the win for Mexico over an unlucky Panama side, who were reduced to 10 men after 20 minutes when forward Luis Tejada saw red for raising his arm into the face of Francisco Rodriguez.
Panama still managed to take a surprise 1-0 lead despite Rodriguez’s dismissal when Roman Torres scored in the 57th minute and looked set to reach the decider as they led with just two minutes on the clock.
A controversial penalty at the death forced extra-time before another less controversial spot kick decided the tie.
The Mexicans had also defeated Costa Rica in disputed fashion in the quarter-finals when Guardado scored a contentious 124th minute penalty to secure a 1-0 triumph.
