1st Round Playoff Preview Milwaukee V.S. Chicago

The defending champion Milwaukee Bucks have cruised through the regular season looking comfortable. They did not push to earn a top seed resting guys at many opportunities. It will be interesting to see if that plan pays off. Can the Defending champions flip the switch now that it is playoff time?

It is shaping up to be the perfect series for the Bucks to get that switch flipped because the Bulls are pretty banged up right now. Lonzo Ball is out for the season, Alex Caruso is not at full strength, nor is Coby White. At the same time, the extra rest for the Bucks has them as healthy as any team in the league coming into the playoffs.

Prediction: Bucks

Even if both teams were at full strength, the Bucks are still the better team. The Bulls’ off-season moves paid off, getting them back to playoff basketball, but they are still a star player away from being a contender. In contrast, the Bucks should be able to use this series to get into a groove to make another run at the championship.
