A Preview of the Upcoming Title Fight Between Castano & Charlo

After 12 grueling rounds and a draw, Brian Castano believes that if he wants to overcome unified champion Jermell Charlo on May 14 in Carson, California, he will have to push much harder.

Castano is ready to meet the current WBA, IBF, and WBC super welterweight champion for the second time, ten months after the first bout and an injury postponement. He is confident that this time will be different because he understands the American’s flaws.

He claims he’ll knock me out; I’ll be waiting for him to prove it. To beat him, I don’t need anything else. At a press conference, Castano remarked, “He understands it’s going to hurt, he’s going to suffer.” ‘The first battle was tight, but he knows the second one will be even tougher because I’m going to knock him out.’
