Metro: Real Madrid President Florentino Perez has blamed Ed Woodward for David de Gea’s failed transfer from Manchester United.   Also: Chelsea could complete a transfer deal for long-term target Paul Pogba in January, according to a top football agent.   And: Arsenal are on alert for Edinson Cavani with Paris Saint Germain ready to sell the striker in the January transfer window, according to reports.

 

Daily Telegraph: Eva Carneiro, the Chelsea doctor who was banned from the match-day bench after being criticised by manager Jose Mourinho, has still not returned to work since the controversy erupted.   Also: Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez has hit out at Manchester United over their mishandling of David de Gea’s botched transfer to the Spanish giants.
