Celtic start the new domestic season without striker Nadir Cifcti, who begins a six-match domestic ban, while Emilio Izaguirre is also suspended.
Charlie Mulgrew (knee) is also unavailable.
Ross County are without full-back Jamie Reckord (Achilles).

Celtic manager Ronny Deila: “I learned a lot last year and I am still learning and hopefully it is going the right way. But it is the same challenge that we had last year. We want to win games, entertain and win trophies.”
Ross County manager Jim McIntyre: “We have got to finish higher than we did last year, we have to show that we have progressed. You want to be going to places like Parkhead and getting results.
“We got a result there last season and it would be great if we could go one better this time and get the three points.”
