UAI Urquiza beat El Porvenir 4-1 to move back to the top

UAI Urquiza prevailed in their visit to league strugglers El Porvenir as they secured a comfortable 4-1 win.

The dominance of UAI was clear throughout the whole game. They took the lead with a goal from Argentina’s national team midfielder, Daiana Falfán. Leandro ‘Toti’ Iglesias’ team continued to increase the lead with a well taken goal from Romina Nuñez in the 33rd minute.

Porve’s striker, Guadalupe Miño, scored a great goal with her left foot when the ball went in off the crossbar.

The second half was one of absolute domination for the visiting team and they increased their lead with an exquisite free kick from Nuñez, followed by a goal from Micaela Sandoval.

With this win, Urquiza overtook Boca Juniors, River Plate and Racing Club in the standings and are leaders of the tournament with 18 points, one more than Boca.
